R U Kidding

I bought this to replace my old Timex Ironman watch. It's much heavier than the Ironman and since owning it, my avg time per mile has increased by 45 seconds. Now I just use it whenever I am doing heavy manual labor.

Cosmo Returns to Jail for Violating Bail Order on Computer Use

Oct. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Nicholas Cosmo , the New York man accused of running a $413 million Ponzi scheme, was jailed for violating court orders that barred him from using a computer and for lying to a court official overseeing his release on bail.

U.S. District Judge Denis Hurley of Central Islip, New York, directed U.S. marshals yesterday to take Cosmo into custody immediately.

“I found that the government has proven beyond clear and convincing evidence that Mr. Cosmo will not abide by any conditions or combination of conditions for his release,” Hurley said.

Cosmo, owner of Agape World Inc. and Agape Merchant Advance LLC, was first arrested in January and indicted in April for defrauding at least 6,000 investors. He was released July 23 on a $1.25 million bond after almost six months in federal custody.

He was led away from the courtroom yesterday by marshals.
